Four-time founders and entrepreneurs, Laura & Elliott Fey, made a decision after exiting their last company in 2011 to help others grow their companies as they had. After 7 years of consulting, mentoring, advising, and investing in startups they recognized an inclusion gap in startup funding and decided to do something about it.
Today with friends and colleagues in the startup venture community they are addressing the venture inclusion gap by investing in founders who have largely been left out due to social biases and other interferences that impede access to startup capital among those who are at a social or economic disadvantage.
